All Sales are Final with exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to email@example.com within 2 business days of when product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday - Wednesday, excluding holidays. Orders Received after 5pm Pacific on Friday may not be shipping until the following Monday.
We only offer Priority Mail shipping at this time. We do NOT offer expedited shipping. Depending on your location, delivery time will be 1-3 days.
For wholesale orders - smaller wholesale orders will also be sent priority mail with 1-3 day delivery. Larger wholesale orders may take up to 5 days in transit.
-All provided shipping times are estimated, and begin once your order leaves our facility.
-USPS Priority is a 1-3 day service. Delivery varies based on the order date, time and USPS handling.
-USPS Priority International Service is a 6-10 day service. Delivery time may vary based on the order date, time and USPS & customs handling. Recipient is responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by the country.
-Tracking is provided on all orders. LegLocker Apparel is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
-If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.
LegLocker Apparel cannot be held responsible for damage or delays occurring in transit.
